8er-WG in Untergiesing

Hi future flatmate:)

In our charming 8-person shared apartment in Untergiesing-Harlaching, Munich, we are actively seeking another housemate (sorry girls, we want to keep the balance) who wants to blend into our diverse community. In our home, you'll find the perfect balance between relaxed communal living and personal privacy (I know 8 people sounds like a lot, but it couldn't be more cozy than in this WG and privacy of people is respected very well!)

Our apartment is a vibrant mix of working professionals and students (from Switzerland, Germany, Italy, India, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain, and France), creating an inspiring atmosphere. We enjoy occasional communal cooking sessions and movie nights, while also respecting each other's need for peace and personal space. Our motto is, if you look for company you find it, if you need your personal time you have it!

The location of our shared apartment is unbeatable. With the U1 and U3/U6 lines, you can reach the city center in just 15-20 minutes. Simultaneously, you can relish the tranquility and charm of Untergiesing-Harlaching.

Most important points again:

- We look for a male person
- moving in date is 20est of December, no earlier no later (meaning for December you pay 11 days of rent)
- we are eight people
- your room comes with: bed (not the one on the picture) and mattress, one big clothing wardrobe, a working-table (not the one on the picture)
- the appartment has 2 Bathrooms, one huge living room with TV and couch, a dishwasher and washing-machine in the flat, two big fridges (so you get your own storage room), freezer and much more!

PS: my name is Mirja, I am from Switzerland and moving back because I am doing an internship there. But honestly I couldn't have wished for a better place for my time here in Munich:)
