The apartment was freshly renovated in November 2023 and is up to date.
The room is fully furnished. Bed, wardrobe, desk etc is all there and best of all, it is included in the 780€, as well as everything else (electricity, internet, water...).
The apartment is fully equipped as well. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, 4 hotplates with oven, microwave, large fridge... There is a washing machine in the complex and bicycle racks in front of the door and bicycle basement. The bathroom has plenty of storage space and a modern shower.
The room faces east. So you wake up to beautiful sunrises.
The location couldn't be better. In the middle of the city and still quiet. You need 2 minutes to St.-Quirin-Platz (U1) and about 8 minutes to Wettersteinplatz (U1 and Tram 25). In the surrounding area there are shops, doctors...
If you have a car, no problem. With a resident parking permit you can park comfortably in the street, or you can park 2 blocks away without a parking permit.
Another highlight: you need about 5 minutes to get to the swimming pool Bad Giesing-Harlaching with a view of the FC Bayern training area.
Your new roommates (2 men and 1 woman) are international and in their twenties. It is important that you can speak English.
We are students and/or working and have different daily routines. So no one will get in your way in the morning when you you get ready.
If time allows, the kitchen is the meeting point for chatting in the shared flat.
We have a cleaning shedule that rotates every week.
Our landlords (don't live in the appartment) are really nice and you can contact them at any time via WhatsApp. They respond very quickly.
You will need proof that you can pay the rent (employment contract, parental guarantee, etc.) and they want to get to know you via video chat before signing the contract. Preference is given to tenants who are staying long-term.
