The WG is the top 2 floors of a house (the bottom is occupied by the owner). There are 6 rooms + the bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom are on the second floor. One of the available bedrooms is on the second floor (15 m2). The other available bedroom is on the third floor(12m2) along with my bedroom. The house also includes a fenced garden with apple trees.

I have decreased the rent from 800 to 750. It includes utilities, internet, a weekly cleaner and furnishing. There will be some furniture added to one of the rooms (the one with the table) which is not shown in the picture including a mattress. The other room already has a mattress.
The house is 2 mins from the closest bus stop and 10 mins from the closest U-Bahn line (U1) walking. It takes 20 minutes to get to the center of Munich.
Nature is easily accessible as Perlacher Forest is only 5 minutes away and in 25 minute you can walk to the Isar River as well.
I am 25 y.o. and just moved to Munich from the United States. With me is my 4 y.o. dog named Harley Quinn who is the sweetest border collie you will ever meet.
I moved here to work for a startup and looking for housemates who will be open to spending time together and developing meaningful friendships. In my spare time, I enjoy:
