Looking for flatshare or studio apartment near LMU Munich, in a good locality.

I have a PhD in Physics and will be joining the Physics department of LMU Munich as a research associate ( postdoc) from the 1st of August. I will be working mostly, I am seeking a flatshare with other preferably working people or PhD students. My budget is 600-650 Euro. I would like a furnished place with a kitchen close to the university. I am seeking flatmates of age 26 and up. I am an easy going person who loves to walk and enjoy interaction with people of different cultures. I enjoy sports ( specially badminton and swimming), reading, and hiking. I donot smoke and I am over of my partying, so I am not really looking for a party flat. I will be mostly cooking my own meals. I am still living in India and will move to Munich in the last week of July. I am seeking friendly flat mates who can kind of show me the ropes of staying and living in Germany. I am neat and clean and not at all loud.
