Master's Student looking for a flat share

Hi! I'm Ezgi.

I am going to study Master's in Management & Technology at TUM starting from October. I'm looking for a room/shared room/ sublet where I can stay for long-term but short term (1-2 months) is still okay as long as KVR is allowed.

I had experiences living with roommates as I stayed in dorms for 5 years while studying for my Bachelor's degree. I am cautious about the use of common space and respect people's space.

I enjoy spending my spare time with my friends, watching sci-fi movies, reading or doing exercise once in a while. I always keep a clean and tidy environment. I am a non-smoker and love pets even though I do not have one. Also, I am a good listener and get along with people easily. I am entertained by music a lot , I mostly listen to alternative rock, indie, EDM, dubstep, slow pop songs.

Favorite books: Crime & Punishment, Notes from Underground, Siddhartha , Alchemist,

I would appreciate your support in case you want to help me to practice German as well.

As I will be in TUM main campus most of the time, places around Theresienstraße, Stiglmaierplatz, Königsplatz, Giselastraße, Odeonsplatz, Karlsplatz would be ideal. As long as I am close to U-Bahn, I am okay with that.

I don't have a high limit for rent at the beginning until I find a Werkstudent job at least, so I look for affordable places for a student.

I might provide SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) on request when I arrive in Germany. I will have regular source of money from my Blocked Account, so I am financially stable as a student. at least Also, I am applying Werkstudent jobs, so fingers crossed. :)
