Master student looking for a room

Hallo! My name is Yağmur and I'm a 23 old student from Turkey. I'll start studying as a master student at LMU, starting from October 2023 for four semesters and I'm looking for a place to call home during my studies (at least for a year but it is open to negotiation). Therefore, I can rent the place starting from October, but unfortunately I cannot come to visit any time before October, because I won’t be in Germany until then. I’m going to study molecular and cellular biology, and planning on doing internships during my studies. That's why, I believe I'll be studying/working most of the time.

I'm a tidy, clean and easy-going person. I'm very careful about other people's boundaries and would always be careful about not to disturb anyone. Descent hygiene standards are very important, especially while sharing a house. Thus, I always make sure I clean the dishes right away, bathroom left properly while regularly doing the vacuuming, mopping to keep the house tidy. I’ve done an Erasmus+ internship in Barcelona back in 2021, and during my internship I've stayed in a shared apartment. So I'm familiar with being abroad and living with other people. Besides, I've grown up with three elder sisters so I know about sharing, communicating and being understanding (:

I prefer cooking my meals rather than buying convenience food. I rarely consume meat and generally prefer to cook easy and practical recipes. So, I wouldn’t mind planning the meals weekly and cooking together; and I also wouldn’t mind if everybody has their own cooking schedule.

I love going for walks, watching movies, drawing and swimming. I wouldn’t mind doing/planning activities together time to time (maybe on weekends, if it’s convenient) and I also wouldn’t mind if everyone’s doing their own thing.

About the room/apartment, I don’t have many preferences. Still, it’d be really great if the room is already furnished with a bed with mattress, desk, chair and cabinet (although this is negotiable according to price/performance ratio). Besides, it’d be amazing if Wi-Fi is available. That’s being said, I’m desperately looking for a place so I guess I’m open to evaluate everything :D Oh, by the way, nothing could make me happier than you’re having pets in the apartment! My sister has 2 doggos and a kitty cat, so I know how to take care of them and love to spend time with them (: You can see some pictures of them in the attachments.
