TUM Master Student Searching for Home

My name is Berkcan and I am Searching a flatshare in Munich. I am a student from Istanbul, Turkey that will begin master in Germany, Communication and Electronics , hence, I am looking for a place that is long-term. 

I have lived in dormitories and shared houses before; meaning that İ am quite precautious when it comes to keeping a clean place and respecting the rules of a community. I do not own any pets. I am fluent in English, Turkish und ein bisschen Deutsch. 

Concerning the financial proof for being able to sustain the place, i have won a DAAD scholarship that will give me a monthly stipend enough for paying the rent. You can be well assured that İ will pay our rent responsibly and on time. I have also reference from DAAD. I am expected to move in October but i am currently in Germany for a language course in Augsburg so i would gladly come to Munich for a face-to-face meeting before renting.

Ideally, i would like to rent from October 1st, but any other date is also considerable. Again, i would like to emphasize to please give me a chance or the opportunity for an interview. I am academically oriented and hope to remain in Germany after master.
