Italian 26 yo TUM Master's student, non-smoker, tidy and neat, looking for a long term room

I am 26 years old, a neat non-smoker and will be studying for a MA at TUM. I am looking for a room from May/June 2024 or later.

I'm a relaxed person who likes to do simple things like staying healthy but also partying, being surrounded by nature and doing some sports. I believe to be a curious person eager to learn new things, I appreciate culture and cultures, from music to cinema to art history etc. I Attended art high school and studied Philosophy and social sciences at Uni.
I've already been to Germany a few times because my relatives live in Frankfurt am Main, but I had the chance to visit Munich once. I don’t speak German at the moment, but I am willing to learn it during my stay.
I have already lived in a flatshare with 2 internationals in Bruxelles for a semester.
Moreover, I like travelling, also by myself, and I went abroad a couple of times with Workaway, plus some Erasmus exchanges around Europe always living with different people. So I am definitely open-minded and adaptable to living with new people.
I enjoy doing sports, especially running and basketball, while staying fit with some bodyweight workouts. I’d love to do more hiking, and I don’t mind playing some 5vs5 football either. I get competitive in tabletop games as well Ahah
For chilling/having fun I usually hang out with my friends partying or playing board games, listening to or playing music (jamming with drums and I recently started djing with some friends, so house, and techno etc) watch big football games or artsy movies, and go to concerts or events/art shows.

I prefer to find some students or people my age because I feel we could have a more common routine but I have no problems living with people older than me and professionals.
