mein Name ist Santiago Balarezo, ich bin 22 Jahre alt, stamme aus Ecuador und lebe seit 2021 in Deutschland. Ich habe meine Ausbildung an einer deutschen Schule abgeschlossen, die akademische Bildung mit professionellem Fußball verband.

Derzeit arbeite ich im Customer Success Team einer Schweizer FinTech als Card Adoption Specialist. Parallel dazu bereite ich mich auf einen Triathlon vor und schreibe meine Abschlussarbeit im Bereich Finanzwesen.

Ich spreche fließend Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch und lerne aktuell Ukrainisch. Ordnung, Ruhe und ein gepflegtes Zuhause sind mir sehr wichtig – ich lege großen Wert darauf, mein Umfeld stets sauber und harmonisch zu gestalten.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer langfristigen Wohnmöglichkeit, in der ich ein zuverlässiger, ruhiger und respektvoller Mieter sein kann. Über die Gelegenheit zu einem persönlichen Gespräch würde ich mich sehr freuen.
