Room in a shared-flat, Schwabing/Schwabing-west/Maxvordstat

Room type and location:
I am looking for a shared-apartment of 2 to 5 roomates, for a period of around 3 years ; in the area of Schwabing, Schawing-west or Maxvordstat.
I am starting a new job at ESO (European Astronomy company) in Garching and thus will have a monthly income.

Flatshare-type:
I lived for the past 5 years in shared apartments and I am looking once again for this type of accomodation. I like WGs where people are doing activities together, have nice conversations but respect as well everyone privacy and lonely moments. A "normal" WGs I would say :-).

About myself:
I am starting a PhD in astronomy that will last 3 years, thus I have classical time table during the week and my weekends free. I do quite a lot of sports (jogging, gymnastics, rugby, hikking and ski, gliding, etc.), listening a lot to music and quite open-minded.
I am unfortunately not speaking German yet but speak French and English fluently and Spanish. I will start a class of German in January and really want to get a basic level as soon as possible.
