Worker looks for a room in a shared apartment near Alte Heide

Hallo! Ich lerne Deutsch aber mein Englisch is besser. I am a Peruvian engineer that works in Munich for a big German company and I plan to stay many years here. I love music and dance a lot (mainly latin but most kinds of music are fine). I look for a place to relax after work. Sometimes I prefer to be on my own but I would love to invite you to any of my activities. Sports are welcome. As a latin I can do many but I normally jog and play soccer. I do not smoke nor have pets. Honestly no issues if you do, just do not smoke where I am eating :). I drink alcohol and depending on the situation, we can get drunk sometime in a while. I prefer to meet my friends out of home. I rarely bring people at home. Movies, comedies, wine, good food, chats about life/experiences/emotions, singing are welcome. Sexual orientation=straight, but no issues with different options. References are available if needed.

I look for a 15m2 room (the larger the better), with furniture. I work in Marcel Breuer Strasse and better if the place is close to it. The most important is that your place has easy access to the city center. Short term contracts are a good option when they are a test. I am in!! test me! :))
