Looking for a room in Munich from Aug 20, 2016 until Jan 20, 2016

Hi!

I am going to spend six months in Munich, due to a curricular internship. I need an accomodation from August 20, 2016 until January 20, 2017 (approximate dates). My working place is in Arabellastrasse, close to Universitat district. Both a one room apartment or a single room in shared apartment are well accepted. Maximum budget: €600, or €700 all inclusive.
About myself: I am a student in "Master of Science in Finance" at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. I am a quite and calm individual, whoever lives with me would never be disturbed by high volume or sounds. I like to keep the house as clean as possible, and therefore I always leave common parts of the apartment (kitchen, bathroom,...) perfectly cleaned after usage. I use to go partying once a week during weekends, BUT never organize parties at home.During my free time, I love to travel, and sport training (gym and jogging).
