Looking for an accomodation in Munich for 5 months (end August 2016- end January 2017)

Hello everyone!

I am going to stay in Munich for other five months, due to a curricular internship at Hypovereinsbank, in the financial industry. I need an accomodation from August 20, 2016 until January 20, 2017 (approximate dates). My working place is in Arabellastrasse 12, 81369 Munich (just outside Ubahn stop Richard-Strauss-Strasse). Both a one room apartment or a single room in shared apartment are well accepted. Maximum budget: €600, or €700 all inclusive.
About myself: I am a student in "Master of Science in Finance" at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. I am a quite and calm individual, whoever lives with me would never be disturbed by high volume or sounds. I like to keep the house as clean as possible, and therefore I always leave common parts of the apartment (kitchen, bathroom,...) perfectly cleaned after usage. I use to go partying once a week during weekends, BUT never organize parties at home. During my free time, I love to travel, and sport training (gym and jogging).
