French guy working in Munich looking for a new flatshare (German A2)

Servus!

My current flatshare is coming at an end as my flatmates are moving away from Munich and it is not possible to keep the flat.

First of all, I write in English as I am still learning German (I'm A2, can go around but my conversation in German is not the most interesting one, though can be funny!) and I am fluent in French obvisouly, with some knowledge of Spanish.

I work in Riem and wakeboard in Aschheim half of the year after work and boulder this other half, and I am off to the mountain most weekend, especially in Winter for Snowboard, Hiking, climbing and hopefully soon MTB/DH.

I am pretty active, I am always on the run and have quite a lot of friends in Munich and we do loads of activities, sport and going out. Meaning while I do spend some evenings at home during the week, I will not be on the couch all day long. It would be nice to be able to have a nice talk or dinner in the WG when at home, and ideally do some fun stuff together from time to time!

I have to move by December 1st ideally, so anytime before is cool for me.

Oh, and I have a car, so would be nice to be able to park for free around.
