TUM main campus student looking for a long term room

My name is Uğurcan, I am 24 years old and I come from Istanbul/Turkey. I will start my Master's degree in Computational Mechanics at TUM this October.
I am coming to Munich in September and I am looking for a room from September 1st for long term. I will be studying in Maxvorstad and I dont want to travel more than 25 minutes if possible.
I am a very friendly person and I have lived in a shared apartment for the last 2 years including Slovenia and Denmark. I am tidy, clean, silent and full of life.

I do not have many requirements for the room, I would just appreciate it if it is furnished. The age and gender of the flatmates is not important. In short, I'm not picky. My only desire is that smoking is not allowed in shared areas.

Regarding the payments I have already blocked enough money. My budget is 400 Euros.
