hello there,
THis is Yixian, an incoming student of LMU. Another friend and I are looking for two bedrooms in Muenchen. We hope the apartment is within 40mins travel from city center, with the price of around 400-600 euros per month.
We can start renting at the beginning of November. Since we will be in Munich for at least two years, long term renting will be ideal for us. We will make sure the rooms are clean and tidy while living there. And since we have stable financial income, paying rent on time will not be a problem.
