My name is Hugo. I am a Full Time Business Analyst / Software Engineer living in Munich since the beginning of this year. I am 27 years old and Spanish (I speak Spanish and English, currently learning German)
I am looking for a long term studio (Furnished) or 1 room flat share from the beginning of October (1/10) or November (1/11).
I would like to rent it long term, but also a 6 month contract works for me. I would like it to be very centric, near Universitat or Odeonplatz would be perfect. It can also be farther if the place is close to the U Bahn (U3 or U6).
I am very responsible, easy going and clean. I like to go to the gym, run and travel.
Max rent: 600 for room / flatshare, and 900€ for studio.
