Looking for a furnished room in a shared apartment from mid May to September

Hallo I'm Romualdo, 27 years old, I'm an Italian Mechanical Engineer at last year of Master Degree and I am in Munich to complete my studies at Tum for the Sommersemester 2018.

I'm looking for a room from mid May to September preferably near the U bahn U2 or U6, the ideal districts are Maxvorstadt or Scwabing-West.

I have lived since 2010 in shared flats so I'm used to live with other people, I'm a friendly person who likes to do activities together with the flatmates but I also respect their privacy if they don't want to.
I'm interested in football and motorsports but I like to talk about almost every subject, I also really enjoy cooking italian dishes and have some wine or beer.
Regarding the cleaning of the the apartment I have no problem with cleaning plans if you have any, moreover I'm non smoker.

I'm currently living in Munich in a WG in Konradstraße but I have to leave my room because the landlord has sold the apartment, so if you have an offer I will be glad to come to visit the room and the apartment and also to meet the flatmates.
