Czech PhD student looking for a place to live for 3 years, preferably near U6

Hi, I'm a student of theoretical physics moving to Munich for my PhD. I'm from the Czech Republic and I can't speak German (yet). However, I plan to study German intensively as soon as I come to Germany, hoping to become fluent by the time I finish my PhD.

I'm studying theoretical physics, but I hate the stereotype of physicists being all un-sociable nerds like Sheldon Cooper -- I'm doing what I can to break this stereotype. I hope that my future flatmates would help me socialize, especially since I will not know anyone in Munich when I arrive there (aside from my co-workers). As a part-time hobby I'm just starting an organization in international youth non-formal education and I travel a lot because of it.

I like to socialize, but not getting drunk wasted.

I'm not an obsessively clean person myself, but I really hate people who don't wash the dishes and keep the kitchen dirty. Other than that, I have relatively low requirements on my future flatmates - I don't mind any pets and I don't even mind playing loud music (I usually sleep very well even if there's noise).

I will be in Munich on 22.8. and it would be convenient for me to schedule a visit on that day. Otherwise, I will be able to visit any time after that, but it's less preferable.
