I am a TUM Exchange Student from Birmingham, UK; looking for a furnished room in a student WG (Flatshare) with shared kitchen, toilet (would prefer own toilet, however that is not so important), washing machine, fridge and other important utilities. Additionally, would like an apartment with 'warmmeite' rent. Preferably in a short distance from TUM or Garching but I am also open to other areas further from TUM or Garching. I am also open to both English and German speaking places as I am competent in both languages.
