PhD Student from Scotland looking for an apartment

Hi,
I am 29 years old, originally from Scotland, and I am a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter / PhD student at Klinikum Rechts der Isar. I like to be in the office by 9am, so I am not the type of person who stays up late. I am looking for a WG where we can hang out together when we are all free, but of course everyone needs some peace and quiet sometimes. I have lived in shared apartments before and understand the importance of keeping the common areas clean and tidy, but I am quite easy going, so I will not get annoyed if someone leaves out a couple of dirty dishes. In my free time I like to play the guitar, I have an electric guitar but don't have an amplifier, so you wouldn't be able to hear me! I also try to learn German in my free time. I have taken classes up to B2 level and would like to practice speaking more. I do not smoke or have any pets, and I would be looking to rent an apartment for at least 1 year, and probably longer.
