Room needed in Munich | Bachelor | 28

Hello!

My name is Cajetan R., and I come from the nice and sunny state of Goa, India.

I'm relocating to Munich in December for work, and need a place in either sharing/single basis. I'm a working software professional, and would like to stay close to my office in Sendling, to cut commute time. This would be a short term stay initially, but if I like the place I will stay indefinitely.

I like to cook occasionally, so I would need a kitchen. I'm also not used to cold-weather, so if you have a water-heater + room-heater, that's a bonus. I'm also looking for

A flat-mate [if sharing] from a similar age-group [<35] would be an ideal fit. I'm looking to learn the German language, and explore the city.

My monthly budget for the stay is approx. 500 EUR, but this is a bit flexible, depending on how much I like the place.
