Italian computer engineer looking for apartment or room

Hi! I'm Francesco, I'm 26 years old and I'm an Italian computer engineer. I will move to Munich for work from January and I am looking for an apartment or room available for the whole of 2019 (from January 1st to December 31st). It is important that the house is furnished and also has a kitchen.
I will be working at Huawei (near Moosach) and I would like to find a house close to the work place or easily reachable.
I don't smoke, I don't have any pets, I am a serious, tidy, clean and sociable person. I like to play the guitar but I know how to respect the need for silence of others and I'm not noisy.
I also like to cook, read and play sports. If you love Italian cuisine I can prepare something good :)
On Sundays I go to Mass so it would be nice to find a house near the parish.
I lead a developer community and I travel a lot for conferences and tech events, I also enjoy public speaking and I really believe in sharing knowledge. Few things inspires me as much as meeting new people and pushing myself over my limits.
Unfortunately, I don't speak very good German, but I speak fluent English and Italian and I learn quickly.
