Searching for place to stay for 6 months starting from end for February

I am looking for an place to stay from around the end of February to July or August.
About myself: I was born in Taiwan and I grew up in Hong Kong then I moved to Australia for studies and now I am here in Germany for an exchange. I went to an international school in Hong Kong, therefore, I already had a very diverse life throughout my childhood. Because of this, I find it very comfortable to be around people coming from all over the world as well as speaking two or more languages. With that being said, there are still many cultures I have never seen. That is why I am doing an exchange on the other-side of the world to explore these cultures.

I have always liked playing sports and I believe everyone should play sports. It is a good way up keeping you healthy and also making new friends. One reason I like this place is because it is close to Englischer Garten and I run their quite frequently. It is very beautiful to run their in the morning.

Growing up I was surrounded by many languages such as English, Mandarin, Japanese, Cantonese, Taiwanese etc. However, I think it will be a major asset to learn an European language. The reason I chose German is because I was fascinated by how similar it was to Old English. Another reason is because I study engineering and Germany is one of the top leaders in this field.

My career goals are to travel the world as I am doing now and hopefully get a job in the engineering field which I am very interested in. I like talking to people that is why I would love to meet more people and I believe this can happen in this accommodation.
