Student worker

I'm a 3rd Semester master student at TUM, and will be for a few more semesters.
At the same time I'm a part time working student, dealing in Full-stack development.
I'm looking for a place which will enable me to move freely around the city.
I am quiet and relaxed, able to mind my own business around the house, but also willing to participate in any activity which might be required. I do not smoke, and am a generally clean and sober person.
I love hiking, climbing and kayaking, I'm open to sports and new possibilities.
I am interested in books, art, music, history and philosophy.
Although far from perfect I speak German and hope to improve it as time goes on, so as to become more and more integrated in the German society.
Ideally I would be interested in living with other students so as to have a similar lifestyle and less conflicts, but I'm open to any sort of experience.
My only requisite is for the room to be Möbliert.
