Reliable tenant looking for a nice WG

I am Sheng from Taiwan, 27 years old, speaking A1-A2 German. I just finished my Master's study at TUM for Computer Science and Engineering and I am about to start working as a Software engineer in September. I have lived in Munich for almost three years in either WG with 3 people or a large share flat with 20+. I am looking for a long-term and registration-allowed contract.

I have a job and stable financial support. As a student, I have flat-sharing experience for many years, and I am open to talking with people, so I know how to be a proper, reliable tenant. Order and cleanliness are essential to me. I like to play basketball and tennis as my casual event. I also like to watch sports games and listen to music.
