Let's do this (Near U6/1-month/6-months/Unlimited)

My name is Erinc. 27/M/Turkish. Master's student at the TUM, studying "Informatik: Games Engineering".
Among the chaos of my part-time job + 6 courses + settling in Germany, I was just able to post this.
But it's time. I am looking for a place.
I am looking for a contract for either
1 month (to just handle the exams),
or 6 months (until the end of the summer semester),
or unlimited.

I'm experienced with WG, as I've been sharing apartments for 7 years now. This includes my college flat with 2 other mates, my place in the U.S. with 4 other random people (although we had the positive vibes), another period of 6-7 months with a friend from college when we were both working, and last but not least, 1.5 years with my girlfriend.

About me:
I love making games, every aspect of it. That includes design, music, visuals, programming. I also practice these disciplines individually, outside the context of game development. This is what I want to primarily do with my life. Outside that, I love travelling, learning, socializing.
But everyone gotta make ends meet. I remotely work part-time as a backend developer for Plentific.

First principle:
My first principle is always respecting the people I live with. That includes myself. So, I believe to have descent hygiene standards, and I keep up with it. I have no trouble vacuuming/mopping/cleaning the dust off/cleaning windows/cleaning the toilet/washing the dishes on time etc. Overall, I am willing to take my part in cleaning schedules to keep the common areas clean and tidy.

To zweck or not to zweck:
I am fine with either, although I would prefer and enjoy the latter. I am rather introverted when left alone, but I do enjoy the occassional interactions where we try to explain the unicorn horn through the evolutionary perspective. Then no one speaks for a while, and I excuse myself for the night.

Location:
I don't know Munich well enough to state preferred neighborhoods, but I will be frequently visiting TUM Garching (hopefully!), so being close to U6 is optimal.

Architectural/interior preferences:
I appreciate the sunlight, big desks and comfy chairs, shorter furniture, firm beds, and good internet.
I prefer that the place is furnitured for shorter term stays.
I make do with the kitchen I have, so the only must is a stove-top I guess.

Miscellaneous:
I do my best to recycle stuff.
I do my best to follow a ketogenic diet.
I might occasionally travel back to Turkey, and would prefer to sublet my room (negotiable).
Next year, my girlfriend will start to study in Munich as well, and I would like to live with her (negotiable).
I am pushing for moving in by February 1st (most ideally January 29th), but I'm open to any opportunity.
