One room needed from 1 October for Student of TU Munich

Hallo!

My name is Sagnik Dutta. I am from Kolkata, India. Having secured an admit from the prestigious Technical University of Munich for a Masters in Communications Engineering, I plan on moving to Munich by the end of September 2021. Therefore, the hunt for accommodation has begun already and I am actively looking for a private room in a shared apartment with KVR.

About me:
I am 25 years old, with hobbies like computer gaming, occasional guitar, western dance, and football. I love traveling and I am an intense foodie. I have been going on mountain hikes and nature study camps since I was 10 years old. So chances are, you will hardly find me in the room when I am not studying. I plan on visiting every tourist spot in and around Munich within the first year itself. I am also very sociable and love to spend hours talking to new people and getting to know their stories. I am sure we will have a lot to talk about when I meet you in person. An opportunity to study in Munich is a dream come true for me, and I plan on making strong bonds in the new country. I am currently working on my cooking skills as well as my German language proficiency and hope to be good at both soon. I am also very aesthetically conscious and love to keep my place neat and organized. So, I hope I will make a good tenant for your beautiful accommodation. Last but not the least, I am an Electrical Engineer by profession and might come in handy if you are having any issues with your appliances. :)

I am looking for furnished accommodation for a long term. My budget is around 200-400 Euros, however, I am open to negotiations. Kindly let me know if you are available for an appointment to discuss the terms of the contract.
