University student looking for accommodation, starting from April

My Name is Apurva. I am 23 years old, male. I am a masters student at TUM and study aerospace engineering. I currently live in Gröbenzell. I am looking for flatshare/WG for long term starting from 01.04.2022. I am quite flexible with the move in date.

I expect the room to have at least the basic furniture like bed, study/work table, a cupboard or wardrobe to keep some stuff. Importantly, I would require internet access. The apartment must have all the usual amenities like kitchen, bathroom etc. The location is not an issue but it would be preferable if its closer to public transport stations.

My maximum budget including all the utilities electricity, water heating, internet etc is 600 EUR per month. I can do a contract with sub-letter or house owner. I would also need the documents related to KVR since I would have to stay longer than 6 months. I would have to come and see the room before we can proceed. We can fix a viewing appointment at your convenience.
