LMU PhD Student Looking for Apartment for Couple

Hi,

My name is Sheng LIANG. I am PhD student at LMU. I am hunting for a 1-room apartment for 2 people from now, since my wife is coming to Germany in 10.2022.

I am 29 years old originally from China. I have been working for LMU since 2020 with a monthly net income of around 2700 euros. I study computer science and my office is located at Oettingenstraße 67, 80538 München.
My PhD period will finish around 06.2023. So I expect a rental period of at least 6-9 months, or maybe longer if I stay in Munich after my PhD. But temporary rental e.g. 1-6 months is also acceptable if you expect.

My wife is coming to Munich from China in October. She's doing a remote job and will also study at LMU after arrival. We are orderly and tidy, non-smokers, non-drinkers, also no pet, no instrument. I am super quiet and seldom cook at home, due to my research job. Usually I do the cleaning once a month.

I can provide other documents e.g. visa, schufa (jetzt beantragen) , and proof of income at the viewing appoitment.
