In our 8-person shared apartment in Puchheim - also known as *monkeyvilla* - I would like to sublet my 25 sqm room for 500 euros per month all inclusive - with happy hour, WiFi, washing machine, dryer. Period: from March 1st, 2024 - March 31st, 2024 (1 Month)
The room is fully furnished.
Our shared apartment has existed for almost 7 years and is anything but a purpose-built shared apartment. A cozy house with a large garden, sauna in the basement and a shared living room with a variety of musical instruments (piano to harmonica) invite you to relax and get together.
For my room I want someone who has a lot of humor, mindfulness and lives happily in the house with the people I love!
We are colorful, warm and funny/weird souls between the ages of 23 and 46 who enjoy working in the garden and growing vegetables, cooking together, making music and art - simply lots of space for community, creativity and, most importantly, space for retreat!
We are vegetarian in the house and would be happy if that suits you too and if you are cool with the fact that we like to avoid meat and fish in the house.
What...who...when...elsewhere eats...is up to each individual.
We have the little hedgehog “Freddy” as a pet, who has built a little nest in our house and regularly benefits from our cooking skills. So even if you are allergic to animal hair, that shouldn't be a problem 🙂
Depending on your calf capacity, 15 minutes by bike from BHF Germering-Unterpfaffenhofen. From there you can reach Munich Central Station in 25 minutes.
The bus, which runs every 20 minutes, will take you from the front door to the train station in 20 minutes. Night buses run from Pasing right to your front door.
Everything here is easy to reach by car. There is also parking in front of the house.
Otherwise, we have the relaxed neighbors and the Germeringer See and the fields with great sunrises and sunsets are within easy walking distance.
