In unserer 8-Personen-WG in Puchheim - auch bekannt als *monkeyvilla* - möchte ich mein 25 qm großes Zimmer für 500 Euro pro monat all inclusive - mit Happy Hour, WLAN, Waschmaschine, Trockner - untervermieten. Zeitraum: vom 01. March 2024 - 1. April 2024(1 Month)
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert.
Unsere Wohngemeinschaft besteht seit fast 7 Jahren und ist alles andere als eine zweckgebundene WG. Ein gemütliches Haus mit großem Garten, Sauna im Untergeschoss und ein gemeinsamer Wohntempel mit einer Vielzahl an Musikinstrumenten (Klavier bis Mundharmonika) laden zum Entspannen und Beisammensein ein.
Für mein Zimmer wünsche ich mir jemanden, der eine große Portion Humor, Achtsamkeit hat und mit den Menschen, die ich liebe, glücklich im Haus lebt!
Wir sind bunte, herzliche und lustige/schräge Seelen zwischen 23 und 46 Jahren, die gerne im Garten arbeiten und Gemüse anbauen, zusammen kochen, Musik und Kunst machen – einfach viel Raum für Gemeinschaft, Kreativität und ganz wichtig auch die Raum für Rückzug!
Wir leben vegetarisch im Haus und würden uns freuen, wenn das auch zu dir passt und du cool damit bist, dass wir im Haus gerne auf Fleisch und Fisch verzichten.
Was ... wer ... wann ... sonst wo isst ... ist jedem selbst überlassen.
Als Haustier haben wir den kleinen Igel „Freddy“, der sich in unserem Haus ein kleines Nest gebaut hat und regelmäßig von unseren Kochkünsten profitiert. Also auch wenn du gegen Tierhaare allergisch bist, sollte das kein Problem sein 🙂
Je nach Wadenkapazität 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad vom BHF Germering-Unterpfaffenhofen entfernt. Von dort sind Sie in 25 Minuten am Münchner Hauptbahnhof.
Der Bus, der alle 20 Minuten fährt, bringt Sie in 20 Minuten von der Haustür zum Bahnhof. Nachtbusse fahren von Pasing bis direkt vor die Haustür.
Hier ist alles gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es gibt auch Parkplätze vor dem Haus.
Ansonsten haben wir die entspannten Nachbarn und der Germeringer See und die Felder mit tollen Sonnenauf- und Untergängen sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

The room is fully furnished.
Our community has existed for almost 7 years and is anything but a purpose-based shared flat. A cozy house with a large garden, sauna in the basement and a common residential temple with a large number of musical instruments (piano to harmonica) invite you to relax and be together.
For my room, I would like someone who has a large portion of humor, mindfulness and who live happy in house together with the people I love!
We are colourful, warm and funny/weird souls between the ages of 23 and 46 who like to work in the garden and grow vegetables, cook together, make music and art - just a lot of room for community, creativity and very importantly also the space for retreat!
We live vegetarian in the house and we would be happy if that suits you too and you are cool with the fact that we are happy to do without meat and fish in the house.
What... who... when... else where eats... is everyone's own business.
As a pet, we have the little hedgehog "Freddy", who has built a small nest in our house and regularly benefits from our cooking skills. So even if you're allergic to animal hair, that shouldn't be a problem 🙂
Depending on calf capacity, it is 15 minutes by bike from the BHF Germering-Unterpfaffenhofen. From there you can be at the Munich main station in 25 minutes.
The bus, which runs every 20 minutes, takes you from the front door to the train station in 20 minutes. Night buses run from Pasing to just outside the front door.
Everything is easy to reach here by car. There is also parking in front of the house.
Otherwise we have the relaxed neighbors and the Germeringer See and the fields with great sunrises and sunsets are easily accessible on foot.
