I am subletting my 15 sqm room in a 120 sqm shared-flat. The flat is conveniently located just 5 minutes' walk from Harras station, offering easy access to both S-Bahn and U-Bahn services. Residents have the advantage of accessing U6 and various S-Bahn lines. Harras is positioned just 4 stations away from "Sendlinger Tor." The room is situated on the 1st floor and is connected to a balcony, while the entire flat has two balconies.
There are bus connections right at the doorstep. In terms of transportation and shopping options, our location is exceptionally convenient. With a Rewe supermarket just a 2-minute walk away, as well as Penny, Aldi, 2 Edeka outlets, 2 DM stores, and an organic store, residents have a variety of choices. There are also numerous cafés and restaurants in the vicinity, providing quick access for relaxed evenings. The Westpark, ideal for sports or leisurely moments with a beer or a book, is a mere 7-minute walk. Overall, it offers the perfect blend of a quiet area with plenty of options for young people.
The living space includes one bathroom with a shower and a separate bathtub, along with an additional separate toilet. The room itself is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, table, and office chair.
