...About the Room....
The room is the biggest room in the apartment after the living room. It has an area of 13,5 sqm, a west-facing window, and the door opens towards the hallway giving some privacy. The room is partly furnished: you can have a closet and a table if you want. If you find something like furniture on ebay-kleinanzeigen then we'll be happy to help you to transport it.

The apartment in itself has a total area of 100 sqm which includes a huge and bright living room attached with spacious balcony which faces the east, two bathrooms and a separate kitchen which has a common window towards the balcony.
The apartment features a large living room that serves as a common meeting point common activities: maybe having food or a glass of wine/beer together, having friends over, organizing some events or just having some just relaxed moments. If you need your own privacy: that's not a problem at all.
Currently, three people are living here: me (Abhi), Moritz, and Samy (the cat).
Moritz and I have just moved into the shared apartment. We both are very open, friendly and empathic. We speak English and German. A few words about us:
I, Abhi (30), originally from India, studied in Munich and now work at a big consultancy company. I often travel, occasionally engage in sports, practice yoga and am interested in new cultures and languages. Currently, I am learning Italian. My favorite food is Farinata. I enjoy taking care of others and being with people: you can find me always available for a chat.
Moritz (27), from the west of Munich, recently completed his studies and is now working at BMW. He is a passionate handball coach and has traveled extensively in South America and Asia. His favourite food is Pho soup.
Samy(4) is a cat of breed Siamese, it loves being fed and doing cat things. He will be living with us for a few months and then it will move to the US to its original owner.
We're seeking an open, friendly and dependable roommate who values open communication and would fit the vibe of our apartment. You should be willing to contribute to keep the flat clean and occasionally with tasks like feeding Samy or watering the plants. We wish for a harmonious atmosphere that feels like a home, not just a place to stay.
