A furnished bedroom is available for long term starting 1st July, in a shared 2 room apartment in Schwabing, Munich. The apartment is located 2 mins from Olympiapark betweent the ubahn stations Petuelring (7min walk) and Scheidplatz (8min walk) on the u3 line. There is also a tram stop (Ackermannstrasse) 3 mins away.
You will be sharing the apartment with a nice roommate. She is from Spain (30 yr old working professional and speaks Spanish, English and some German) also a very nice and cordial flat mate.

About the room -
The room comes with a wardrobe and a bed.
Drawer and sofa needs to be separately bought for an additional price
You will have a furished kitchen and a hallway and shared washroom.

PS - No parties / big gatherings can be hosted in the flat as we live in a very quiet, family oriented neighbourhood and building it is part of the building rules. Additionally we have been very respectful of each others privacy and peace and would expect the same from the new flatmate.

Finances-
Base rent - 750 euros
Other costs (electricity + wifi) - apprx 43-45 euros on top of rent
Deposit - 1600 euros
Radio tax- 55 euros (every 3 months) split between two people in the flat. This is a compulsory deduction in Germany for every flat

Hi there! I'm Lídia, 30 years old from Barcelona and, I moved two years ago to Munich, in that same apartment.
I'm working full time, I like to travel and enjoy the time outside when it sunny and also spend time home, reading, watching Netflix and relaxing. My mother-tongue is Catalan and I'm bilingual in Spanish. In my daily day here in Munich I speak English and I'm learning German.
Would be nice to have as a flatmate someone similar and that we can enjoy the time at home. Please, feel free to contact us if the apartment matches what you are looking for!
