Zu vermieten sind 1,5 Zimmer (1x Schlafzimmer mit 16,5 qm und 1x Büro/Studio/etc. mit 8,9 qm) mitten in der Maxvorstadt, 1 Minute von der U2 Theresienstraße entfernt.

Beste Lage- 2 Stationen zum Hbf, 4 Minuten Fußweg zu verschiedenen buslinien, 6 minuten Fußweg zur Tram, alle tagtäglichen Geschäfte/Ärzte/Gym(Fitstar-Neuhausen)/Bubble Tea/neue Restaurants/Kinos etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ich suche eine ruhige, nette und berufstätige Mitbewohnerin mit unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag, die vielleicht selbstständig ist oder viel im Homeoffice arbeiten möchte, deswegen auch den Vorteil an dem Büro sieht.

Die Wohnung besteht zudem auch noch aus einer Küche, einem langen Flur mit Platz für Garderobe/Schuhregale, etc. einem Bad mit schönen grauen Fliesen und dem ehemaligen Wohnzimmer.

Noch wichtig: Wegen der Aufteilung der Wohnung wäre kein Wohnzimmer mehr vorhanden.

Zu mir: ich bin 27, deutsch-amerikanisch und habe viele kreative Hobbys. Ich habe studiert und bin berufstätig, gleichzeitig mache ich auch noch eine Weiterbildung zur klinischen Kunsttherapeutin. Ich muss relativ viel lernen, unternehme aber durchaus an Wochenenden an denen ich keine Weiterbildung habe gerne etwas: ich gehe gerne ins Theater und in Museen, probiere neue Cafés und Restaurants aus, treffe mich mit Freunden, oder mache etwas kreatives (Malen, Handarbeit, Fotografie, Theater).

In dieser Wohnung habe ich 3 Jahre mit meinem Freund gelebt und suche nach unserer Trennung eine Mitbewohnerin die auch gerne ein gemütliches Zuhause hätte.

Ich habe 9 Jahre in Los Angeles gelebt und danach 5 Jahre in Wales studiert/gelebt. Hier auch in einigen WGs mit den unterschiedlichsten Menschen. Durch meine Erfahrungen habe ich gelernt, ich suche eher ruhige, aber trotzdem kontaktfreudige Mitbewohner, die aber definitiv auf WG-Partys/viel Feiern/ laut und spät nach Hause kommen verzichten können. Mir ist eine ruhiges und sicheres Zuhause das eine Wohlfühloase ist sehr wichtig.

Ich freue mich wenn wir zusammen kochen oder gemeinsam die Münchner Umgebung erkunden, ins Theater gehen, oder uns einfach in den Englischen Garten chillen. Ich liebe offen und ehrliche Menschen, die Wert auf einen respektvollen Umgang und gute Kommunikation legen.

I'm looking for a quiet, nice and professional roommate with a permanent employment contract, or someone who is self-employed or who works a lot from home and therefore sees the advantage of the office.

The apartment also consists of a kitchen, a long hallway with space for a wardrobe/shoe racks, etc. a bathroom with beautiful gray tiles and the former living room.

Another important thing: Because of the layout of the apartment, there would no longer be a living room.

About me: I'm 27, German-American and have many creative hobbies. I work and at the same time I am studying to become a clinical art therapist. I have to study quite a lot, but I like to go to the theater and museums, try out new cafés and restaurants, meet up with friends, or do something creative (painting, handicrafts, photography, theater) on the weekend.

My boyfriend and I lived in this apartment for 3 years and, as we broke up, I am looking for a flatmate who would also like a cozy, comfortable place to live.

I lived in Los Angeles for 9 years and then studied/lived in Wales for 5 years. I've lived in quite a few flatshares throughout the years and through my experiences, I've learned that I'm looking for quiet, but still sociable roommate who can definitely do without flat parties/lots of partying/coming home loud and late. A quiet and safe home that is a tranquil safe space is very important to me.

I would love it if we cook together or explore Munich together, go to the theater, or just chill in the English Garden in the summer. I love open and honest people who value respectful interaction and good communication.
