A gorgeous and spacious 25m2 room is available in an apartment of 80m2 in Johanneskirchen.
- The room has a beautiful balcony and is fully furnished.
- The bathroom and toilet are separated.
- A large kitchen is available.
- The rent includes everything: electricity, heating, WLAN and radio charges.
- The landlord is so cool that no deposit is required.
There are only 3 requisites to meet:
1. Take over the furniture for 800€ from the leaving tenant.
2. Begin the contract on September 1st.
3. Be able to justify that you can afford the monthly payment.
Location is in Johanneskirchen, which is calm and green and beautiful and cool (:
- A wide park with green nature and a nice beer garden is available.
- 3 minutes by foot until the Bichlhofweg bus stop, where bus 154 to TUM and bus 50 are available.
- 5 minutes walk to S8 Johanneskirchen (it takes 20 min to get to the airport).
- Trams available in 10minutes walking distance.
- Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Hauzarzt and Sparkasse bank, all nearby.
The flat is shared by 3 people, one is the landlord (a very respectful and cool person), who comes 1-2 days per week.
The other two are Quoc (tenant leaving) and me (Rodrigo). That means that most of the time the flat will be shared by you and me.
I am originally from Spain, I am 26 years old and I work as an engineer in an automotive company. I did my erasmus at TUM and stayed here once finished. I'm a chill and silent guy that likes to talk about anything. Good conversations are more than welcome. I'm not a particularly party guy. I normally go to the office 3-4 days/week, so most days I'm out until the afternoon. On the weekends, I usually go out for dinner with friends or relax at home.
Quoc and I were very respectful with each other and everything was communicated with transparency (cleaning take overs, informing when friends are invited, keeping common areas tidy...) - would be cool to stay on the same line.
There are a few cleaning rules, but nothing to worry about, we'll explain those in the interview (:
If you meet the three requirements, feel free to send your application, we look forward to it! (:
Please include a short description of your self (age, nationality, studies/job..)
Photos are welcome!
Although I am a full-time worker, students willing to stay at least for a year are also welcome (:
