Es hat auch ein großes Fenster, das viel Tageslicht hereinlässt und einen schönen Blick auf den Park bietet.
Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich in einer ruhigen und grünen Nachbarschaft, aber in der Nähe von allen Annehmlichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten, die München zu bieten hat. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (U-Bahn und S-Bahn) und mehreren Supermärkten, Cafés und Restaurants entfernt. Der berühmte Olympiapark ist ebenfalls nur einen Steinwurf entfernt, ideal für einen morgendlichen Jogging oder ein Konzert mit Freunden.
Sie werden die Wohnung mit mir teilen, einem freundlichen und ordentlichen Berufstätigen in meinen Mitte Zwanzigern.
