Hi! We have one room available in our 3 room flat.
It is a small but cosy place. Four minute walk to tram, total 10 minutes to Ostbahnhof. Or a 9 minute walk to Leuchtenbergring S-bahn. Comes with 5m shared balcony. Many grocery stores super close by and other conveniences as well.
The price is warm - all included except radio tax. Two girls in their 20s live here - 1 American (myself, I speak EN and work here) the other Japanese, also working (EN, DE, JP), so it would be preferable to find someone who speaks at least a bit of English so we can all understand each other :)
The room is available on May 15 since someone backed out, and someone who could start on this date is most preferred.
The "furniture fee" included is to cover a portion of the cost of a brand new washer we just got 2 months ago. No need to go downstairs and use coins to get those towels fresh n' clean!
I am moving mid summer, but until then, my small and sleepy cat lives here as well, mostly in my room.
