COVID-19 PREVENTION: an important aspect that pertains to the current COVID-19 pandemic: while safety, cleanliness and hygiene have always been a top priority in our co-living concept now, during the current health crisis, we have stepped it up and have been promoting constant awareness and we have introduced additional cleaning measurements that have enabled our co-living community to stay unaffected by the coronavirus!!

Everyone has been, and continuous to be, extremely disciplined and respectful during the ongoing pandemic; for instance, we all remove our street shoes and practice proper hand sanitation upon reentering the apartment and we all undergo regular testing!!

We have a diverse and interesting FLATMATE MIX currently representing Brazil, Germany, India, Mexico, South Korea and the United States. The group consists of professionals that range from 28 to 36 years of age and that work within the field of education, finance, emarketing, construction site management, information technology, office management and childcare.

Bedroom A: $1,495 (previously $1,695) - AVAILABLE: December 1st, 2020 (Duplex2) (semi private bathroom)

Bedroom B: $1,395 (previously $1,595) - AVAILABLE: immediately (Duplex2)

Bedroom C: $1,295 (previously $1,520) - AVAILABLE: January 1st, 2021 (Duplex2)

Bedroom D: $1,295 (previously $1,520) - AVAILABLE: April 1st, 2021 (Duplex2)

Bedroom D: $1,295 (previously $1,545) - AVAILABLE: immediately (Duplex1)

All rates are INCLUSIVE of the following UTILITIES, PRODUCTS & SERVICES: electricity, gas, water, garbage removal, fast speed internet (Fios 1,000 Mbps), all commonly shared products such as hand soaps, kitchen and bathroom paper towels, food storage bags & folios, water filters, trash liners, all cleaning products and the weekly apartment cleaning.

The published monthly rates are based on a 6-MONTH STAY (rates for short-term stays upon inquiry); a surcharge of $400 applies for ‘double occupancy’.

BEDDING (duvet, pillows, bed-linen) and towels are provided at a discretionary fee.

FULLY FURNISHED: all bedrooms include a brand new Queen or Full-size memory foam mattress and mattress protector, memory foam and decor pillows, large built-in wall closet, wooden shelf, a large wall canvas, an oversize wall mirror, and a bedside table with lamp. Please note: furniture, accessories, and components are subject to occasional changes but will, once the room has been viewed, remain “as is”.

SECURE building including a camera intercom system secured entrance doors and 24/7 surveillance monitoring.

Located within a 3-minute walk to ASTORIA PARK and about 7 minutes to ASTORIA BLVD. Subway Station; a 10-minute train ride (‘N’ or ‘W’) to Lexington Avenue in Manhattan.

The apartment is being cleaned weekly (hardwood and marble floors, bathrooms, disposal of garbage and recyclables).

The apartment is NON-SMOKING … outdoor smoking is not an issue.

IMPORTANT: We put a lot of emphasis on cleanliness: after each departure/ prior to a new arrival bedroom are being deep cleaned including, but not limited to, the disinfection of all light switches, door handles, remote controls, bleaching of mattress covers, etc! In other words, EVERY new tenant moves into a thoroughly cleaned and fully disinfected room!!
