Come stay in my beautiful, newly renovated townhouse! Gorgeous hardwood floors, bright sunny windows, vintage and artsy decor, plenty of privacy, and a social atmosphere. Spacious private backyard to enjoy!
Your bedroom is private with its own lock and key, and there is a bank, supermarket, pharmacy, and several restaurants right around the corner. :)
The guest room is quite cozy and has everything that you might need, including a travel adapter for your electronic devices. Currently there is one Queen bed set up in the room, but more beds can be provided to accommodate a whole family, or group of friends. I provide bedsheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels, hairdryer, a large flat screen tv with internet access, and travel adapter for your electronic devices.
So, why is this better than staying in a Hostel or Hotel? We offer lot's of Free amenities: Secure Wireless internet, free state-of-the-art laundry machines to use and a kitchen with great tools and culinary gadgets. For all you shoppers, the bathroom has a weight scale that you can use to weigh your luggage before heading off to the airport! Additionally, your support enables me to partially fund my non profit animal rescue!
In the backyard there is a beautiful garden with comfy chairs and tables, a gazebo, as well as a fireplace for colder evenings!
*There will be a small nightly price increase for each additional friend that you might invite to join you during your stay.

Located in the historic Crown Heights neighborhood, our brownstone apartment is conveniently situated across Prospect Park from the Park Slope area and within walking distance of the Brooklyn Museum of Art, The Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, The Brooklyn Children's Museum, The Jewish Children's Museum, Several churches of all denominations, and the newly restored Brooklyn Public Library(Main Branch).
The area has an eclectic taste which reflects the diversity of cultures inhabiting it. Crown Heights has some lovely architecture and a variety of peoples and shops, ranging from variously hatted and top-coated Orthodox Jewish residents to vegan Rastafarian Afro-Caribbean restaurants and college students.
You can park safely on the service road, which is right in front of our house, for free. We also have several bicycles(and helmets) that you can use to ride around the neighborhoods.
As an added bonus, we are directly across the street from the Subway station! The 3 & 4 trains run express into downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan. The B43 bus also stops right outside our door, and that will take you directly to Williamsburg, Greenpoint and Bushwick.

I have several guest rooms in my home, so you may be sharing common areas(bathrooms, kitchens, living room, dining area, backyard) with other guests from all over the world, as well as with myself, and my housemate Ivan.
You would be sharing the common spaces (kitchen, backyard, laundry room, and bathrooms) with other long term guests and housemates, as I have several guest rooms throughout my home.

Guests are welcome on every floor of the house, and can use both of the 2 kitchens, as well as all 3 bathrooms! We also have a private backyard, and a nice front yard to relax in as well!
Everything you'd expect in a home setting is available for you… Clean kitchens and bathrooms, a refrigerator, a nice living room, a gym to exercise in, and access to my personal treasures: Large music collection, Books, Musical instruments, etcetera.
