The room is 20m² large and very bright as you can see in the photos. It comes unfurnished but Laure would love to sell the closet to the next person moving in. As it's an old building, the room has a high ceiling and a nice wooden floor. The room also got freshly painted just a year ago.
The apartment is located right behind the castle close to Maxfeld. It is a very nice and cool area to live in. A supermarket (Rewe) is right around the corner, as well as several restaurants and takeaway places. Furthermore, the U-Bahn stop is only 5 minutes away by foot. It also takes only 10-15 minutes to walk to the city center.
There are also a couple of parks ( Stadtpark, Burggarten) not far away. We all love the area and from our living room, you can even see the castle!
We are currently 3 girls living here. Sadly Laure is leaving us in the end of June. She's going back to France to pursue her dream of becoming a chef. Your new flatmates would be Claudia (25) from Spain and Nane (25) from Germany. Claudia is doing an internship at Adidas and Nane is a social media manager at an agency. We are both mostly working from home.
We often hang out in our open kitchen/ living room, having drinks together or doing a tapas night. So we are not a "Zweck-WG", but of course, we always understand if someone just needs privacy.
We have always been a very international apartment. So that no one feels excluded, we all speak English when we are home.
The highlight of the apartment is definitely the large living room with the open kitchen and bar. We also have a dishwasher, which is great to have in a shared apartment.
We have a cleaning lady who comes twice a month. We also have a spare room that is mostly used to dry our laundry but can also be transformed into a guest room. Guests are always welcome in our apartment.
Please tell us a bit about yourself. What are you currently doing? What are your hobbies? Have you lived in a shared apartment before? We would love to get to know you a little :)
