Our 3-WG apartment is free as of beginning of September.
The apartment is very bright, spacious and definitely WG-compatible. It consists of a kitchen with balcony, a bathroom with bath, shower and 2 sinks, a separate toilet, 3 bedrooms, 1 walk-through room with a spiral staircase and a large top ground (via the spiral staircase). The latter is suitable for WGs as super large living room &/or to accommodate a 4th person. In total, the apartment is about 125m².
The rooms vary in size with 20m², 18m² and 13m², and are all furnished (2-person beds, bedside tables, closets, desks, chairs) The kitchen's equipment (a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, an oven, & a full cutlery set), the furniture of all the rooms, and the bathroom's washing machine are to be taken over, prices negotiable. The walk-through room is also furnished (big sofa, armchairs, dining table), and so is the top ground (bed, closets, sofa) so it can easily accommodate visitors/a 4th flatmate.
Cold rent is 885 euros and already includes water and general utilities. Additional costs for electricity, gas (heating) are about 270 euros. Overall, every one of us pays more or less euros 385 euros.
The apartment is on the 4th and 5th floor (attic) and therefore has 2 entrances to the staircase.
In addition, there is a yard where you can park bicycles.
Ideally located, less than 5 mins walking distance from Nuremberg main station (subway & train)
All of us will be moving out so we are looking for 3 people to take over the whole apartment.
