Hi, my name is Alice and I was doing my internship in Germany for the past 5 months and now I am looking for a new tenant for my room. I do not speak german, but all my roomates do!
Room
The room is approximately 25m² and fully furnished. In the room you will find double bed, sofa, big closet, chest of drawers, table, small coffee table, chair, shelfs, laundry basket, fan and also blanket and pillows. So everything you need! There is one window to the south so the room is light.
Apartment
There are 4 rooms in the apartment, 3 of them are similar size as this one a 1 smaller room. The apartment also has a nice furnished kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a bath, a separate toilet with a sink and a cute balcony to the inner court of the building. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. You will share the apartment with 3 other people (2 girls and 1 guy).
Location
The apartment is perfectly located, 1 min from U-bahn and tram station Ausfesplatz. 2 min from supermarkets and shops (REWE, DM, Rossman, Deichman,..). 5 min from the main train station, which is great if you need to do shopping on sunday or travel a lot. Also the city centre is 15 min by foot, very close.
WG-life
Your new roomates are students that study here or do internships, speak multiple languages, but all of them speak german (except for me). Everybody is very nice and helpful, we have a cleaning schedule, which usually works. The flat is pretty calm, no parties everybody respect each others privacy.
Rent
Price is very good as you dont need to pay anything else, everything is included in the rent which is 355 euros per month. The deposit is 500 euros.
