The offered room is aprox. 15 sqm. and has two big windows with nice light during the whole year.
It's completely furnished (bed, desk, cabinets, lamp, nightstand, etc.) and everything stays in the room.
The WG has two bathrooms, one ensuit in the room of my flatmate, and the other that you will share with my second flatmate.
There's also a medium size but well equiped shared kitchen (with oven, fridge, microwave) and a big table. And there's also a small extra room used as a cozy living-room.
The apartment is on the 3er floor, by stairs.
The location is central Nürnberg, 2 min. walk from Lorenzkirche and Weißer Turm, and 10 min. walk from Hauptbanhof.
Transportation is easily accesible from the WG: U-Bahn, S-Bahn, HBF and buses.
Supermarkets and stores are around the corner, the main shopping street of the city is only 50 mts. away.
Even though in the middle of the city center, the apartment is not noisy at all-
The apartment is shared with 2 other girls, both studying and working part-time.
We love to have a family lifestyle in the WG, share a couple of dinners during the week, maybe go out together if we are of on the weekend and always be willing to listen to the other and make her feel at home.
Of course, privicy is also very well valued.
We are looking for another girl that is around her 20's, with the same spirit, and that wants to join the WG from 01 Feb until 31 July (check out date can be changed).
