Hi everyone!
I offer my lovely room in Margaretenstr. (5th district) for a nice person from April until end of June or for a flexible period of time. I LOVE living there, but I am frequently absent due to my album recording and decided to rent my room. You will live in a big, bright, fully furnished room (piano included) and have a well equipped kitchen and bathroom at your disposal. This apartment is very cosy and has an all-round feel-good atmosphere. Come and have a look yourself!
Your flatmate is a kind and open-hearted artist-student (29).
The flat is in the fourth floor and there is an elevator. You arrive at U4 station Pilgramgasse in less than 5 min, there also several bus stations (13A, 12A, 14A, 59A) in 2 min walking distance. Plenty of groceries (Hofer, Billa, BIPA), and any kind of food and drink places nearby.
The rent is 430€ (all inclusive). You get to the University (main building) in 20min, walking time to Karlsplatz 15-20min.

You'll enjoy living with Julia: she's calm and peaceful, likes cooking, reading and watching movies. She studied art and is now establishing herself in the art-world while jobbing aside!
