Für die Neugründung einer WG werden nette Studenten oder Praktikanten gesucht, die in eine frisch sanierte helle Wohnung in Steinbühl einziehen möchten. Derzeit sind noch alle Zimmer zu vergeben.

Die Wohnung wurde gerade kernsaniert. In den nächsten Tagen kommt noch eine neue Küche und die Zimmer werden ebenfalls neu möbliert. Neue Bilder kommen dann schnellstmöglich.

Es sind insgesamt 4 Zimmer auf insgesamt ca 85 m2 mit getrenntem Bad und WC und einem großzügigen Flur.

Es gibt zwei Optionen für die Belegung:
1️⃣Variante 1: Es werden 3 Zimmer einzeln vermietet und das größte Zimmer mit Balkon wird euer Gemeinschaftsraum (schönere Variante)
Alle 3 Zimmer kosten je 580 € mit dem gemeinschaftlichen großen Wohnzimmer mit Balkon.

2️⃣Variante 2: Die 4 Zimmer werden einzeln vermietet (günstigere Variante)
Raum 1: 14 m2: 360 + 60 Nebenkosten = 420 €
Raum 2: 14 m2: 360 + 60 Nebenkosten = 420 €
Raum 3: 14 m2: 360 + 60 Nebenkosten = 420 €
Raum 4: 24 m2 mit Balkon: € 490 + 80 Nebenkosten = 570 €

Die Zimmer sind möbliert und eignen sich deshalb zum sofortigen Einzug auch für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt. 6 Monate sind die Mindestmietdauer.

To set up a new shared apartment, we are looking for nice students or interns who would like to move into a newly renovated, bright apartment in Steinbühl.
Steinbühl is absolutely close to the center
The apartment has just been completely renovated and a new kitchen will be installed before you move in (May 1st). The rooms will also be newly furnished. New pictures will come as quickly as possible.
→ Everything is included in the cost of the rooms: additional costs, electricity, heating, furniture.

There are a total of 4 rooms on a total of approx. 85 m2 with separate bathroom and toilet and a spacious hallway.


There are two options for occupancy:
1️⃣Variant 1: 3 rooms will be rented individually and the largest room with a balcony will be your common room (nicer version)
All 3 rooms cost €580 each with the shared large living room with balcony.


2️⃣Variant 2: The 4 rooms are rented individually (cheaper option)
Room 1: 14 m2: 360 + 60 additional costs = 420 €

The rooms are furnished and are therefore suitable for immediate move-in, even for a shorter stay. 6 months is the minimum rental period.


The location in the southern part of the city (Steinbühl) is ideal for quickly reaching the large universities by bike or public transport.
Siemens and MAN are also just around the corner.
If you don't know your way around Nuremberg yet: Steinbühl is located south of the main train station and is a colorful district. All other trendy districts such as Gostenhof and the city center with even more bars and opportunities to go out can be reached in a few minutes. Z-Bau & Co are also nearby.
