Masters Student looking for Flat share

Hello ,
I am a masters student in UPB and looking for a STUDENT-ONLY flat share (preferably 2 , max 3).
I am open minded person to get along with , mind my own business and would like to have a flat share life where people respect each others personal space , are friendly and approachable . I prioritize cleanliness . Except the fact that ,Loud environment (as much as that it affect others beyond a barricade ) bothers me , I am very much accommodating in all possible situation .

Note : It would be a bonus if the area (at least masters in any science/engineering subject) and phase ( in early semesters 1to 3 ) of study matches.
