Looking for a modern and bright room with parking possibilities

I am looking for a room in a modern apartment, can have old mallorquin charme with high ceilings, wooden beams, mares stone walls and old tiles but generally renovated. The room shouldn’t be too small (I have quite some stuff) further it should be bright.

Preferably in La Llonja, Santa Catalina, Paseo Mallorca, Paseo Maritimo, Bons Aires, parking possibilities should be close by.

The price shouldn’t be higher than 550,-€ a month.

Preferably to be shared with only one other person, if two, 2 bathrooms would be great.

Young people like me preferred, no one very picky who complaints if you’re having friends over or what ever.
I am generally a relaxed person with a stressful job so I do like it quiet but not too quiet.
