Affordable room in Student Dorm

I am renting out my room in a student dormitory near ZOB (Central Bus Station) from July.The dormitory is managed by Studentenwerk and is called Maierofstr. You can check it out on their website: https://stwno.de/de/wohnen/wohnanlagen-pa/maierhofstrasse.

The room is equipped with a shared bathroom, which you will be sharing with one other person. Additionally, there is a communal kitchen that is shared among eight people, but it is usually not overcrowded. You might find yourself cooking alongside another person, but it's never too crowded.

The room is quite spacious for one person and is fully furnished with a bed, table, and all the necessary amenities, as seen in the pictures. There are two big windows that open to the backyard, providing a pleasant view and ample natural light. The dormitory employs a house cleaner every week, ensuring a consistently hygienic environment.

Moreover, we have a backyard where you can relax and even enjoy a BBQ. The dormitory also provides washing machines and a dryer, as well as a secure area for bicycle parking. The dormitory has around 20 rooms, mostly rented by international students.

The location is very convenient; it takes only 10-15 minutes to walk to the university and the gym. The ZOB is easily reachable within a maximum of 20 minutes on foot or a quick 5-minute bus ride from the nearby bus stop "Schulzentrum AOK," which is just 3 minute away. Additionally, other markets like Aldi and Kaufland are also within easy reach.

Overall, the room's proximity to ZOB, the university, and various markets makes it an ideal choice. If you're looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay during this period, this room would be perfect for you.
